Paper by A.I. Milstein and O.P. Sushkov. "Parity nonconservation in heavy atoms: The radiative corrections enhanced by the strong electric field of the nucleus".

In this paper a new result is claimed that brings the discrepancy between theoretical and experimental value of the weak charge of Cesium to 2.2 sigma level.

"Many attempts in literature were done trying to describe particles moving faster than light either in the contest of special relativity or beyond, but they all encountered a series of unsurmountable difficulties so called "superluminal pardox." This paper tries to overcome these difficulties and suggests a possible candidate for superluminal particles: the neutrino."
