creation of new account, mail list, email archive and website

We have a new group account on procyon.  The local website is also now on
this account: http://www.krl.caltech.edu/g0 .  Email sent to this account
will be forwarded to our group and archived on the website.

Just ask me or Pat for the password if you want to use the account.
