H2 target test

Dear Target Group,

The Neon Safety Test was passed by the target.
The Tosp for the H2 test has been approved today and it was decided to
start the cooldown on Mon, June 3. We will run for a week. We will do the
necessary target tests in the first two-three days and do reliability for
the rest of the time. During testing, there will be two people on shift in
the Hall, overnight and for reliability there will be one operator on
shift sitting in the Hall C counting house and monitor the target controls
from there.
There will be at all times a target expert on call, the cell phone
number is 757-810-7698. One target operator on shift will carry a pager,
the number is 757-584-5543. Greg Smith is the JLab point person for these
tests, his pager is 757-584-5405.

People sitting shifts will be required to read and to sign the tosp.
A shift schedule will be circulated tomorrow. Since this is kind of a late
notice, please send me by tomorrow any scheduling conflicts that you think
you might have and I don't already know about them.
