Fees
Fees include attendance, conference dinner,
and refreshments.
On or before June 24, 2007:
Regular: $300 ($US)
$60 more for companion at conference dinner
On or after June 25, 2007:
Regular: $400 ($US)
$60 more for companion at conference dinner
The only form of payment accepted for the conference will be
on-line credit-card transactions.
Refund policy: if you need to cancel, but have already paid,
we will refund your registration fee, less $50, no later than 3 months after
the conference.
